Precautions
Never combine with nitrates (nitroglycerin, poppers) or riociguat – can cause
life-threatening blood pressure drop.
Seek emergency help if erection lasts longer than 4 hours (priapism), or you get
sudden vision/hearing loss or chest pain.
Consult your doctor first if you have heart disease, low blood pressure,
liver/kidney issues, retinal disorders, or history of priapism.
